About Elizabeth Venart, M.Ed., LPC
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with individuals and couples to guide them in developing greater compassion for themselves and in healing the trauma at the root of where they feel stuck. What results is an experience of greater resiliency, freedom, and joy.
As an LPC Supervisor in Pennsylvania and an EMDR Consultant, I offer supervision and training for therapists seeking to advance their skills and deepen their understanding of trauma and resiliency. I specialize in helping Highly Sensitive persons (HSPs) heal emotional wounds and move towards greater self-understanding and acceptance.
In 2008, I founded The Resiliency Center of Greater Philadelphia. Bringing together a community of independent, integrative healing professionals under one roof, we partner with people to help them tap into their innate resiliency, release and transform painful life experiences, and move towards more fully experiencing joy.
I believe in building resiliency, facilitating healing, and partnering with people to create more joy in their lives.

Trusting Your Highly Sensitive Self: An Internal Family Systems Path to Healing and Wholeness
Trusting Your Highly Sensitive Self offers strategies based in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and parts work to help you reconnect with your core self, celebrate your intuition, rebuild self-trust, and reclaim wholeness. You’ll discover the innate brilliance of your parts and how they responded to the original bind of being highly sensitive: I cannot be who I am, but I also cannot be what the world wants me to be.
With this compassionate guide, you learn to move past internalized negative messages, and cultivate the resilience and confidence needed to live your best life.
